The Code of Practice forms the backbone of the relationship between members. Developed and agreed by both sides of the industry, the Code of Practice assures best practice between agents, hotels and venues - assuring the corporate client receives a professional service.

It is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate.
