The Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA) is run by leading industry players from hotel booking agencies, hotels and venues.
The Executive Committee, headed by Stephen Usher, is responsible for the strategy of the association, as well as membership and partnership development. Peter Ducker, Executive Director liases directly with various committees, all of which have specific responsibilities and accountabilities.
