As the largest of our first floor boardrooms, the spacious Richmond Suite is our most flexible upstairs room, perfect for up to 18 delegates in a variety of layouts to complement you’re working needs. A bright, airy room with modern furniture and all your requirements considered, the Richmond really is the Jack of all trades within our original mansion house setting.

As an original suite from the courts days as a private residence, the Kingston blends the ornate elegance of a bygone era with bright, modern style well suited for all your conference needs. Original wooden beams tower over comfortable spacious surrounds, both complimented by stunning River Thames views. With enough space for up to 12 delegates, the Kingston really does add a touch of class to your next meeting.
If you’re looking for the wow factor for your next conference, then you’ve found it. The Boathouse has an unrivalled location on the River Thames and with its quirky interior and unique exterior, this self-contained suite really will inspire your delegates into creativity! A generous bright boardroom with beautiful wooden beams and modern furnishings welcomes your delegates, whilst a private café station and river facing balcony keeps them happy all day. There are few spaces which can really capture the imagination quite like this magnificent riverside home from home! With space for up to 25 delegates, the boathouse has it all.
The largest conference and events facility at the hotel and it doesn’t disappoint. The suite is able to be divided into two separate meeting spaces (Gloucester and Westminster) or opened up as a giant single space to maximise the possibilities for your event. A huge rectangular room with natural light and light control settings, this space suits your business needs, whilst having the flexibility to be transformed for activities, team building and dinner with ease. Any layout can be accommodated for and with capacities up to 64, this room’s possibilities are truly endless. The Windsor Suite’s spacious foyer doubles as a private café station and allows for a host of delicious treats and drinks throughout your day.
Making up the smaller side of the Windsor Suite, the Gloucester certainly more than holds its own with its generous layout, modern furnishings and flexible usage. Ideal for all your conference plans, this stunning space is the perfect venue for your next event and with a large double door entrance, the room more than accommodates for all equipment big and small. With a private side of the Windsor Suite Foyer, the Gloucester has its own spacious coffee station tailored to your needs, so sit back, relax and let us take care of everything. The

A beautiful but spacious cottage tucked neatly away within our grounds, The Lodge is ideal for meetings up to 14 delegates or for training courses.
Six boardrooms for between 10 -14 delegates, all boasting ample natural light and modern conference equipment await you as well as a dedicated conference café serviced by your Conference butler and his team.
With a private driveway, car parking and the option for exclusive use, this really does provide the Oakley Court experience with a touch of privacy.
