Buying and consolidating meetings and events expenditure has come to the forefront for procurement departments.

Members of the HBAA have the specialism required to enable corporations and SME’s to consolidate their purchasing power, track spends, benchmark quality and show a return on investment.

Why a Specialist?

The procurement of bedroom, conference and meeting space requires a range of specialist skills. Meeting rooms are rarely the same, rates fluctuate in line with demand and each event has very differing requirements; HBAA member agencies have the appropriate skills required.
