This workshop takes many of those skills learned in “Skills for New Managers” to the next level by exploring how to manage the performance of people in the team. It also shows – should the occasion arise – how to conduct a disciplinary review of someone who is underperforming.

Target Audience
Anyone who has responsibility for the leadership and management of staff. It will be an advantage to have completed the “Skills for New Managers” course but not essential.
