Cold Calling on the Telephone
Very few people LOVE to make "cold calls"; however, the reality is that in the current economic climate business to business telemarketing can be a very effective way to generate new revenue. During this hands on practical workshop delegates will get the chance to brush up on/or improve their outbound telemarketing skills. They will leave feeling confident and inspired to get on the phones.
