Wolf and White
I am proud and honoured to be taking on position of Chair for the HBAA in 2020, alongside our Venue Chair Rachael Naylor, who will take on the baton for another year and not to ever forget the exceptional board of directors by my side.
The strategy in 2020, sees us deliver year 5 of the 5 year strategy put in place in 2016 by the board. It will be an exciting year and a disruptive year of positive change.
It is a year of review and reposition, with an ultimate goal of association regeneration, with us becoming Fit for Future as we head into 2021, the beginning of our next 5 year strategy.
Regeneration in 2020 will see a full 360 review of the association and execution of key association change, which will be covered in more detail in the kick off meeting to follow. We will not lose sight of the great work put in place during 2019, with 2020 continuing to actively deliver these now firmly placed initiatives around our NextGen, Mental Health and Sustainable Futures.
We will continue to raise funds, advocate and support the Buses 4 Homeless Charity, who with the associations help in through 2019 went from an idea to reality. We really have made a clear difference and wish to continue to do so.
I would like to thank the continued support of the executive committees for contributing their time and passion to the association.
