By choosing their new Well-Grounded menu, guests can expect a vibrant Thai yellow curry with crispy tofu, shitake mushroom & green beans, followed by a tasty Coconut sago pudding with chia seeds & mango, making lunchtime a fun talking point! Afternoon tea-time treats include their famous Moss Cake, a delicious cake made using spinach, providing guests with an afternoon boost of iron!
With inspiration from their Botanical Garden, they have introduced a fresh mint tea break for the afternoon, this reduces the impact on the environment by doing away with non-biodegradable tea bags, and further aids digestion.
Their ‘green’ menu includes room hire, two servings of tea and coffee with mini blueberry muffins, granola bars and fruit, a two-course, plant-based hot fork buffet lunch, a refreshing flavoured hydration station, afternoon fresh mint tea with vegan cake bites, plus utilise their interactive flipcharts to save on paper waste. Soya milk is served at all breaks as standard.
This sustainable venue boasts 21 unique and versatile spaces for up to 320 guests, all fitted with cutting edge AV technology.
