Opened in 1986, formerly the Royal Agricultural Hall, the building was rescued from demolition in 1981 by entrepreneur Sam Morris and was fully restored and re-opened as the UK’s first integrated trade, exhibition and conference centre. Today the BDC attracts in excess of half a million visitors every year.
Located 10 minutes from Kings Cross St. Pancras International and a short walk from Angel tube station, the Business Design Centre is now one of London’s most popular conference and exhibition venues. With over 300 events a year the venue, based in the vicinity of the City and Central London, the BDC offers a stylish, flexible and convenient solution for everything from banquets to conferences and exhibitions. With venue space ranging from small meetings right through to conferences for 2,000 delegates and exhibition space spanning 6000m², the Business Design Centre’s event capabilities are truly flexible.
