The D&I Board, supported by the HBAA Board, will take the lead in exercising HBAA's agenda to ensure we are opposing discrimination, inequality and injustice of any kind.
The Board will refresh the Association’s Terms of Ethics to promote equal opportunities and inclusivity and ensuring all members' mental health and well-being is at the heart of the association.
They will attend HBAA Board meetings and Executive Committee meetings and will be given key projects where their vision and influence will help shape the HBAA of the future.
