The 2019 Great Venue Showcase took place on Thursday 11th/ Friday 12th April at Imago Venues Loughborough(Holywell Park).

The showcase is a great opportunity for agencies to network with top venues from around the UK. The day included some educational content, lunch and of course lots of networking.

3 £195.00 Showcase with lunch, unlimited tea/coffee drinks at end of afternoon, 3-course dinner with ½ bottle wine PLUS attendance at Venue Members meeting next day
4 £90.00 Arrival for 3-course dinner with ½ bottle wine, attendance at Venue Members meeting next day
5 £45.00 Attendance at Venue Members Meeting only

Thursday 11th April: HBAA Great Venue Showcase

From 10.00am:  Registration for exhibitors  & access to set up in exhibition area

11.45am: Exhibitor briefing

From 12 noon:  Registration for arriving agents

12 noon  - 1.30pm: Lunch for agents and venue exhibitors

From 1.30pm: Showcase open. Agents visit showcase stands and complete passports

3.00 pm – 3.40pm: Business session for all attendees

3.45pm:  Showcase open for agents to visit stands

5.30pm:  Drinks served to all attendees on the Showcase floor whilst Showcase continues

6.30pm:   Showcase ends

6.45pm:   Dinner for those wishing to attend following the showcase, and for venue members who want to arrive early for the meeting the next day

8.30pm:   Dinner ends


Friday 12th April: Venue Members Meeting

From 7.00am     Breakfast for residents

From 9.30am:    Registration, coffee and tea

10.00am:           Venue members meeting opens

11.30am            Refreshment break

1.45pm:            Meeting ends/Grab and Go lunch available/or eat before departure
