Finding digital balance: how to create healthy digital habits which give you more time each day for the things which matter

Creating a balanced approach to digital usage, including a balanced social media usage. The audience is primarily people who have been on long term furlough and are looking at how to shift their routines and adapt to the return to work and change some of the habits which have been adopted during furlough to create the conditions to make the return to work feel easier and more natural.
