Sarova Hotels will continue to strictly follow the advice of our local health authorities in addition to the World Health Organisation with regards to the latest developments related to COVID-19.
It’s our greatest priority to safeguard our guests during their stay, so we have implemented many additional measures at our hotels. Some of these are:
• Staff in all departments undergo regular specific Coronavirus training to ensure the highest levels of health and safety, and hygiene procedures
• Increased frequency of cleaning in public areas in the hotels and spas
• Reminders placed around all properties for guests and staff to maintain the highest hygiene standards
Book With Confidence And Flexibility
As we’re facing exceptional circumstances, Sarova Hotels is providing guests additional flexibility and support for all bookings made before 9th March 2020 and due to arrive before 30th April 2020. Guests may change their arrival date without charge within 12 months of their arrival date; this will include all reservations with date change restrictions. If you booked directly please contact the hotel reservations team to make any changes. If you booked through an agent, please contact the agent.
For new bookings, Sarova Hotels has introduced a discounted semi-flexible rate that allows the guest to make unlimited date changes without charge within 12 months of the original arrival date.
