Our popular Meeting Show & HBAA Red Carpet Experience will take place at the Olympia Conference Centre on Tuesday 25th June, ahead of the two-day Show.
If your business is located outside of Greater London, accommodation and rail fare will be covered by The Meetings Show.
The programme is:
Tuesday 25th June: HBAA Red Carpet meeting & Meetings Show Hosted Buyer Conference
- 11:00 – HBAA members to arrive and register with refreshments
- 11:30 – HBAA Agency Member session for one hour
- 12:30 – Join main hosted buyer delegation for lunch
- 14:30 – 17:00 – Attend the Meeting Show pre-show conference
- 19:00 – Attend the Hosted Buyer Welcome Reception/HBAA Red Carpet Dinner at newly launched The Hard Rock Hotel
- Overnight accommodation - The Hard Rock Hotel, W1
Wednesday 26th - Thursday 27th June: The Meetings Show
- HBAA delegates to attend The Meetings Show as a hosted buyer, either for a single day OR across both days of the show.
- Buyers are required to complete 6 appointments (approx.1.5 hours based on 15 minutes per appointment) if attending only one day of the show, or 16 if attending both (approx.2 hours per day).
- By selecting attendance on both days of the show you will be given an additional nights’ accommodation on Wednesday 26th June (if outside of Greater London).
- Attending the show as a hosted buyer gives you the opportunity to use the hosted buyer lounge during your time at the show which includes refreshments and lunch.
